Cell Storming - Media driven Mind Mapping, Brainstorming, and Idea Generation
Welcome to Cell Storming!
Cell Storming is a Brainstorming, Idea Generating, Mind Mapping App for your iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.
Use Cell Storming to develop your ideas by creating a network of cells to represent your thoughts as they come to you.
Capture photos from your device camera or select from the camera roll to attach images to cells, or record a voice memo that can be played back simply when viewing your Cell Storming map. There is even a freehand drawing canvas if you want to quickly sketch a thought down.
Attach text content, files (.PDF, .CSV, or .RTF) and web links to each cell so that your ideas can be explained in detail when you review them.
Additional media options include videos recorded on your device and Address Book Contacts so you can relate people to tasks or resources in your cell map and contact them directly via the information presented.
Cell maps can grow in any direction as you add more cells to represent your thoughts and ideas. The Cell Storming interface allows you to pan around the cell map with ease (using swipe gestures). You can also zoom into the cell map for detail or back out for an overview (using pinch gestures).
Apply different colours to highlight important cells, and show the flow of the cell map by using connection arrows.
Extensive export options allow you to share cell maps with colleagues and friends so they can view your ideas or even add to them.
There are several versions of Cell Storming highlighted below:
Cell Storming Free - Try Cell Storming for no cost. Create cell maps (limited to 3 cell maps), export and share them with other users, and upgrade via an In-App purchase to the standard version.
Cell Storming (Standard) - Create unlimited cell maps, with additional export options including Dropbox support. You can also present your cell maps to other users by screen-casting to their device. An In-App purchase enables you to upgrade to the Pro version.
Cell Storming Pro - Take advantage of the powerful flow media export features to generate documents, audio files, and even presentation videos from your cell map.
Cell Storming Presenter - Identical feature set to Cell Storming Pro, but targeted at the Education (Schools/Colleges/Universities) market.
Universal app with native versions for iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad.
Cell Storming maps can expand in any direction, and can even be linked to other cell maps to expand ideas/processes into greater detail.
Extensive media features allow you to attach videos, images (from the camera or drawn freehand), voice memos (audio clips), text content, web urls, address book contacts, and even files (.PDF, .CSV, or .RTF) to each cell on the Cell Storming map.
Use colours and connection arrows to highlight different aspects of your Cell Storming map and its flow.
Export Cell Storming maps for others to view or add to, or generate images and PDFs of your Cell Storming map for presentation purposes.
Cell Storming includes tutorial videos as how-to guides for using the App. These are accessible from the home screen.
Use Cell Storming to brain storm new ideas, document existing processes and entities, or use the media capture features to record events as they happen.
